Why Spine & Core Synergy
Care that goes beyond the symptom
We’re not a one-size-fits-all clinic. Every patient receives a thorough assessment, an honest conversation about their options, and a plan built around them — with practitioners who actually collaborate.

What you might want to know
If you don’t see your question here, give us a call — we’re always happy to help.
McTimoney is a whole-body approach to chiropractic care that uses precise, light-touch adjustments throughout the entire skeletal system — not just the spine. It’s particularly gentle, making it suitable for adults of all ages including pregnant women and older patients. No heavy manipulation or audible “cracking” is involved.
Your first session typically lasts around 45–60 minutes. We begin with a full case history, asking about your symptoms, lifestyle and health background, followed by a physical assessment. Where appropriate, we’ll begin treatment in the same session. You’ll leave with a clear understanding of your condition and a recommended plan.
No — you can book directly without a referral. We are primary care practitioners, which means you can come to us as your first point of contact. If we feel your condition would benefit from GP or specialist input, we’ll advise you accordingly.
Yes, absolutely. Our APPI clinical Pilates classes are designed with rehabilitation and beginner-friendly progression in mind. Classes are kept small to ensure individual attention, and our instructors will modify any exercise to suit your ability and any physical limitations you have.
This varies depending on your condition, how long you’ve had it and your individual response to treatment. Many patients notice improvement within 2–4 sessions. After your initial assessment we’ll give you a realistic expectation — we never oversell treatment, and we’ll always be transparent about your progress.
